Numerical Simulation of Refrigeration Performance of Beverage Dispenser with Spiral Tube Heat Exchanger

چکیده

In order to shorten the refrigeration time of beverage machine, improve cold storage capacity, reduce loss energy, and performance device. From perspective food safety, aluminum was selected as material, a spiral tube heat exchanger used simulate process theoretically, set economical reasonable energy equipment designed. By establishing physical mathematical model device, using ANSYS Workbench transfer process, final water pipe outlet temperature obtained by simulation is 2 °C, which meets requirements normal ideal below 10 °C effect good, achieves expected goal. Theoretically feasibility device confirmed.
